With Camping Alkenhaer you will be camping surrounded by nature. The touring pitches are located on small fields hemmed by shrubbery with a maximum of 10 pitches per field. All pitches have 10 Amp electricity and WiFi. This is camping … as it was meant to be. The children can play to their hearts desire on the sports field and the playing ground within the vicinity of your caravan or tent. The camping has a small pool for toddlers. At the reception you can obtain reduction coupons for one of the nicest open air swimming pools of the North Netherlands which is within easy walking distance. The two bicycle routes through the national park ‘Drents-Friesche Woud’ and the ‘Fochteloërveen’ pass our camping. The village of Appelscha lies centrally in the northern provinces of the Netherlands and is at walking distance. In short, be pleasantly surprised with what camping Alkenhaer has to offer.
